We cover the whole of the East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and Humberside. We offer a confidential service and your case will be dealt with personally by Gail Guest.
Making an appointment: please telephone or use this email form. We can arrange meetings at your home, in hospital or another convenient place. We have offices in Mansfield and Leeds if you would prefer to meet us at these locations:

Our hours of business: our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and we have an answering service out of hours. We always work the hours required to meet agreed timetables.
Our fees: we offer free representation and legal help where public funding is available to anyone detained in hospital or who is likely to undergo a period of compulsory detention in hospital under the Mental Health Act 1983. Free representation is also available to those under a Community Treatment Order in relation to Tribunals.
