Gail Guest is a solicitor and Director of MH Legal who joined the firm in 2010 as the firm expanded into Yorkshire. She has advised and represented in mental health law since 1987 being an accredited panel member for over 25 years, and also has experience in criminal law. Gail covers Yorkshire and Humberside.
Richard Parkinson
Richard Parkinson is a solicitor and Director of MH Legal who joined the firm in 2022 having previously been one of the founding members of a specialised practice in Doncaster . He has also advised and represented in mental health law since the 1980’s being an accredited panel member for over 20 years. Richard has been a fee paid Judge of The Mental Health Tribunal since 2002. Richard covers Yorkshire, Humberside and the East Midlands.
Carolyn Mackuin
Carolyn Mackuin is a solicitor and Director of M H Legal who joined the firm in 2022 having previously worked in Doncaster.
